Job summary

Accela is seeking a Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will partner with large government entities to provide Accela System Administration and System Enhancements for SaaS clients, supporting Land Management or Business Licensing solutions with proactive administration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

This role suits someone with strong IT/business systems background who thrives on problem-solving, customer success, and continuous learning in enterprise SaaS environments.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Able to analyze and resolve complex problems and manage priorities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven with strong time management.

Responsibilities

Perform System Administration for Accela Civic Platform across MAS tickets and user management.
Support system enhancements including workflows, rules, and fee calculations.
Develop and modify reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and automate configurations.
Provide guidance for client-led testing during major releases and escalate advanced issues as needed.
