• 5–10+ years of government experience with real project or product leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Owner role for the Government delivery stream and define product requirements and priorities
• Translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for the delivery team
• Own product metrics and turn them into actionable insights for the product org
• Lead backlog grooming and priorities alignment with the delivery team
• Build deep government use-case expertise and understand workflows, pain points, and challenges
