Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. seeks a Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant to lead client projects in GIS and asset management, owning high-value accounts and mentoring staff.

You will guide projects from scoping to delivery, coordinate with leadership, and ensure technically sound solutions using Esri products, AGOL, Dashboards, and integration with OpenGov/Cityworks. This role emphasizes client relationships, training, and opportunities for expanded services across geospatial and broader ETM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, engineering, CS, or related field.
• ≥6 years deploying GIS/EAM applications.
• ≥2 years leading GIS/EAM projects.
• Experience administering OpenGov, Cityworks, etc.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Online (AGOL).
• GISP certification (preferred).
• Master's degree in geography, GIS, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• ArcGIS Enterprise deployment & administration.
• Programming: Python, Arcade, Java, JavaScript.
• SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and lead kickoff and status calls.
• Document workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for scope expansion and new services.
• Host client training sessions remotely and onsite (2–3x/year).
• Represent ETM at trade shows and industry events (1–2x/year).
• Scope projects, assign LOE, and monitor budget.
• Review and QC deliverables before client distribution.
• Mentor junior staff and share competencies with teams.
• Develop cross-functional initiatives blending GIS with new tech.
• Contribute to internal SOPs and best-practice standards.
