Job summary

ETM Inc. seeks a Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant to lead client-facing GIS/EAM projects, mentoring the team and ensuring on-budget delivery. You will serve as a senior technical authority on GIS and asset management, guiding deployments of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related platforms.

You will own client relationships, manage scoping, LOE, and invoicing, and collaborate with leadership to drive successful outcomes for municipal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years deploying GIS/EAM applications.
• Minimum 2 years leading GIS/EAM projects.
• Experience administering and configuring AGOL (ArcGIS Online).
• Experience administering and configuring Enterprise Asset Management software (OpenGov, Cityworks).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with client priorities.
• Lead kickoff calls, status meetings, and document workflows/solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
• Oversee scoping, LOE estimation, and invoicing for projects.
