Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Solution Product Manager, Commercial to drive development and growth of product solutions across AEC, Solar, and other remote sensing use cases. You will gather insights, write clear requirements, and align with company strategy.

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure initiatives deliver measurable customer impact and support Nearmap’s growth objectives. Build domain expertise in geospatial technology and location intelligence.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in AEC with a project/product leadership role.
Experience with geospatial data and its application in AEC.
Experience in AEC use cases across project workflows from pursuit to completion.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Define product requirements and priorities for AEC and solar solutions.
Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical delivery teams.
Monitor existing product metrics and provide insights to the product organization.
Analyze calls and signals to inform the greater org.
Participate in backlog grooming and alignment with the delivery team.
Develop domain expertise across AEC and Solar use cases and customer workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to gather pain points and opportunities.
