Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) seeks a Project Delivery Manager to lead the Services PM team, driving delivery across a portfolio of DoD-related projects. The role requires strong leadership, agile delivery experience, and collaboration with internal functions to ensure scope, time, budget, and quality alignment.

Travel up to 25% annually, and the position requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years in services project leadership.
• 2+ years in PLM or tech delivery leadership.
• Experience with Agile & SAFe for software projects.
• Experience with DoD contracts and policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Services Project Management team and grow capability.
• Build relationships with PM team and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality goals.
• Support revenue and margin goals across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Security, Finance.
• Oversee risk identification, mitigation, and dependencies.
• Plan capacity and coverage across delivery teams.
• Prepare for ISO process audits.
