Job summary

Unison seeks a Project Manager to support the implementation, delivery, and ongoing operations of federal acquisition and contract lifecycle solutions for civilian, defense, and intelligence customers.

You will work within the PMO and Delivery Services, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain schedule, scope, and budget while sustaining strong client relationships. On-site and travel as needed, with a focus on compliance and mission success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
PMP, Agile or similar certification a plus.
Experience delivering enterprise software, ERP, COTS, or large-scale system implementations.
Strong written and verbal communication with federal clients.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules and milestones.
Coordinate delivery across functional, technical, testing, training, and O&M teams.
Track scope, risks, issues, decisions, and actions; drive closure.
Lead client-facing activities and executive reporting.
Monitor financials, burn rate, LOE, invoicing inputs, and period of performance tracking.
Collaborate with PMO and delivery leadership on staffing and risk mitigation.
Apply PMO standards and best practices across projects.
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for improved delivery.
