Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies seeks a Services Project Manager Associate to support the execution of U.S. Navy Control Systems projects.

You will coordinate schedules, contractual deliverables, financial reporting, risks, actions and procurement activities while collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, contracts and government customers to ensure on-time delivery. The role may lead defined work packages or smaller projects; travel to appropriate work locations is required and core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or project management.
• 2+ years in project coordination, project controls, or program administration.
• Ability to manage schedules, reports, risks, and contractual deliverables.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules aligned with contractual milestones and engineering releases.
• Track contractual deliverables, comments, actions, decisions and due dates.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, quality, procurement, contracts, finance and subcontractors.
