Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with U.S. Government contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and contract types (FFP, CPFF, OTA).
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for strategic U.S. Government contracts.
• Coordinate a portfolio of government programs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, supply chain, and legal.
• Establish governance cadences and decision forums with clear accountability.
• Manage government customer relationships, reporting, reviews, and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with contracting regulations and security requirements.
