Job summary

The candidate will manage governance, reporting, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and security requirements while influencing stakeholders from the working level to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or federal agencies).
• Experience in commercial technology or semiconductor industry.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams and executives.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for strategic U.S. Government contracts.
• Coordinate multiple programs in parallel and ensure alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and technical objectives.
• Establish governance and decision‑making forums across the organization.
• Coordinate government customer relationships including reporting and contract negotiations.
