Everblue is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships for state energy office and government clients. This remote role reports to the Program Director and acts as the trusted partner to ensure every promise is kept.

You will own onboarding, satisfaction, renewals, and growth for your portfolio, partnering with Program Managers to align delivery with commitments and turn successful programs into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in account management, client success, or relationship management in B2B/B2G SaaS or professional services.
• Strong track record of growing client relationships and hitting retention/growth targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding, satisfaction, renewals, and growth for a portfolio of government accounts.
• Lead account plans and cadence to maintain client confidence in Everblue.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure delivery matches commitments; translate client needs into requirements.
• Navigate procurement cycles, SOWs, change orders, and invoicing; assist with proposals and RFP responses when needed.
• Represent Everblue in client meetings, product demos, and industry events.
