Job summary

Everblue is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships for state energy office and government clients. You’ll report to the Program Director and act as the primary trusted advisor ensuring onboarding, satisfaction, renewals, and growth for your portfolio.

You will partner with Program Managers and delivery teams to align commitments with client expectations, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive expansion opportunities while staying remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in account management or client success.
• Track record of growing client relationships and hitting renewal goals.
• Customer-centric with trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-directed, remote-work capable; travel as needed.
• Public-sector or energy efficiency background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, satisfaction, renewals, and growth for your portfolio.
• Lead client meetings, demos, and industry events as the account face.
