Job summary

Crestron Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Government Account Manager to lead our Federal government initiatives, focusing on U.S. Navy, DoD and related agencies.

Remote position with up to 60% travel to client sites and events. Prefer candidates residing near Norfolk, VA. You will develop opportunities, manage accounts, utilize Salesforce, build executive relationships, develop proposals, and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience selling to Federal Government, DoD, U.S. Navy, NAVAIR.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical solution selling experience.
• Existing relationships within the DoD space.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Federal IT and security requirements (JITC/APL, NIAP, TAA, FedRAMP, NIPR/SIPR, etc).
• Bachelors' Degree preferred.
• 10+ years Sales or Account Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities with Federal government entities and proffer end-to-end AV/UC/Cloud solutions.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, leads, and sales funnel.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Engage stakeholders at technical and executive levels within target accounts.
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals and renew contracts.
