This role focuses on presenting end-to-end AV/UC/Cloud solutions and managing opportunities through Salesforce. The position requires deep DoD procurement knowledge, strong communication with IT and procurement leaders, and a proactive, tech-savvy approach.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years selling to Federal Government, DoD, U.S. Navy, NAVAIR.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical solution selling experience.
• Existing relationships within the DoD space.
• Understanding of audio-visual/automation/conferencing systems.
• Familiarity with Federal IT and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage government accounts, growth, and renewals.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for government clients.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and Crestron policies.
• Leverage Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline.
