The position coordinates with stakeholders to strengthen compliance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Strong leadership, budgeting, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the footwear/apparel industry, ideally in athletic/technical performance and lifestyle.
• 8+ years in a quality leadership role within the footwear industry.
• Proficient in quality audit processes and global compliance.
• Skilled in operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experienced in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrates the company’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting objectives and driving results.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and strategic goals to align operations with functional strategy.
• Drive global quality data management and analysis for product improvements.
• Leverage quality data and business intelligence tools to identify trends and influence improvements.
• Manage and resolve quality issues across global operations for process optimization.
• Define and integrate systems and tools across the global quality organization.
• Champion education and training initiatives, sharing knowledge across teams.
