Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Google Cloud Data & AI Solution Architect to lead pre-sales for high-impact data and AI engagements. You will translate business challenges into robust technical architecture and SOWs, collaborating with Sales and Practice partners.

A successful candidate combines business acumen with broad technical depth in Google Cloud data solutions and modern data paradigms, and can drive delivery alignment post-sale.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's degree (CS/IT or equivalent).
• 8+ years of delivery/implementation experience in IT services.
• 2+ years of direct sales/presales scoping technical solutions.
• Hands-on Google Cloud background on implementation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities: discovery, design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Draft Statements of Work in collaboration with Sales and Contracts.
• Perform technical architecture assessments, POCs, and feasibility studies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensure NFRs like security and scalability.
• Package repeatable solution patterns and create pre-sales collateral.
• Oversee transition from Sales to Delivery ensuring client expectations are met.
