Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an On-site Data & AI Architect in North America to bridge technical leadership and strategic sales. You will design and present end-to-end Data & AI solutions on Google Cloud, driving adoption and closing complex deals while advising senior CXOs.

Your role includes leading workshops, crafting proposals, and delivering PoCs/PoVs, with a focus on GTM strategies and industry-specific AI offerings.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud architecture.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, and supporting sales teams to achieve targets.
• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or Professional ML Engineer certifications.

Responsibilities

• GTM positioning and sales support to identify, qualify, and close Data & AI opportunities.
• Design scalable, secure data and AI solutions on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker).
• Lead client workshops, craft proposals, deliver PoCs/PoVs, and drive industry-focused AI co-sell motions.
