Job summary

StellarTech is seeking a UA Manager (Google Ads) to own and scale our Google acquisition channel. This hands-on role requires you to launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, GDN, and Performance Max, while building automation and structured processes.

You will collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance, identify growth levers, and design testing frameworks for sustainable ROI. Experience with subscription or B2C products is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition budgets.
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products.
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
• Understanding of funnels (web2web, web2app, app).

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads channel end-to-end and scale campaigns.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across formats (Search, GDN, Performance Max, UAC).
• Develop automation and rule-based optimization approaches.
• Design testing and scaling frameworks.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams on funnel performance.
• Identify growth levers across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
