Job summary

Stellar Tech is seeking a UA Manager (Meta Ads) to own and scale Meta as a core acquisition channel for our AI EdTech project. This hands-on performance role involves managing campaigns on top of our automation systems to drive scale with ROAS/LTV focus.

You will work cross-functionally with product and creative teams, design testing frameworks, and push automation and structure improvements to achieve controlled performance scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing significant paid social budgets.
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products.
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
• Funnel understanding (web2web, web2app, or app).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• English B1+.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus.
• Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies.
• Work hands-on inside ad accounts.
• Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm.
• Design and execute testing frameworks.
• Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams.
• Identify scalable growth levers.
