STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own and build the modern Golden Path deployment platform. You will create automated, secure, self-service delivery pipelines that enable rapid, compliant software shipping across teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Platform Engineering/SRE with strong AWS, Kubernetes, and GitOps experience, plus a focus on security gates and audit readiness. This is 100% remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with standardized CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) including security and Helm lifecycle management.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployments.

Responsabilités

• Architect and maintain the centralized, reusable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build a modular delivery architecture with upstream scanning and downstream targeting.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts and progressive canary deployments.
• Embed automated security gates and compliance checks into deployment workflows.
