Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern, automated delivery platform. You will bridge high-throughput platforms with production systems, ensuring code is shipped securely and compliantly across teams.

You will build pipelines, enforce automated security gates, and enable self-service scaffolding while maintaining SOC 2/HIPAA-ready artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) experience including security.
• GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and canary deployments.
• Proficiency in C#/NET, Node.js and Python tooling.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and automation.
• Security gates and automated vulnerability checks integrated.

Responsibilities

• Build the Golden Path delivery engine and reusable pipelines.
• Architect universal CI/CD templates abstracting infra.
• Implement dual-target release with upstream scanning.
• Operate GitOps (ArgoCD) on AWS EKS with canaries.
• Automate VM/image pipelines (Packer, Launch Templates).
• Provide self-service scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules.
• Enforce security gates (SAST/SCA) in pipelines.
• Automate compliance artifacts and audit logs.
• Design Secrets governance and runtime identity.
• Instrument platforms with OpenTelemetry and monitoring.
