Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a financial institution or data processing service.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design, software engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial data processing system design and digital banking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UI/UX design and enhancement of GoBanking solutions to meet client, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Establish and maintain design standards, best practices, and operational processes for the department.
• Develop project plans and assign staff to initiatives related to both new product development and ongoing system maintenance.
• Monitor project timelines and provide progress updates to executive leadership.
• Provide direction and budget guidance regarding staffing and equipment needs.
• Resolve escalated application issues and emergency system problems affecting clients or internal users.
• Guide implementation and training processes for new applications, enhancements, and releases.
• Supervise Business Analyst teams, conducting evaluations, managing performance, and supporting career development.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional growth activities for new team members.
• Serve as a technical advisor to internal departments during project execution and issue resolution.
