Job summary

Data Center Inc. in Hutchinson, KS or remote is seeking a GoBanking Manager to guide strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of GoBanking solutions.

You’ll lead Business Analyst teams, collaborate across departments, and ensure digital banking platforms are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulations and client needs. In this leadership role you’ll oversee UI/UX design, set design standards, develop project plans, mentor staff, and drive technology decisions that empower community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience in financial services.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a financial institution or financial data processing service provider.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design, software engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial data processing system design and digital banking technologies.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a commitment to team growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UI/UX design and enhancement of GoBanking solutions.
• Establish and maintain design standards, best practices, and processes for the department.
• Develop project plans and assign staff to initiatives related to both new product development and ongoing system maintenance.
• Monitor project timelines and provide progress updates to executive leadership.
• Provide direction and budget guidance regarding staffing and equipment needs.
• Resolve escalated application issues and emergency system problems affecting clients or internal users.
• Guide implementation and training processes for new applications, enhancements, and releases.
• Supervise Business Analyst teams, conducting evaluations, managing performance, and supporting career development.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional growth activities for new team members.
• Serve as a technical advisor to internal departments during project execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain organized workspaces in technology environments and related areas
