Partners Worldwide is seeking a Volunteer Engagement and Connectivity Manager to lead global volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and connections with local community institutions. You will manage CRM data, drive volunteer engagement strategies, and supervise cross-functional collaboration to advance PW’s mission.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relationship management, strong project planning, and experience building strategic alliances across diverse teams and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship management with individuals, donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Proven ability to grow a volunteer network and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and connection of volunteers to community partners.
• Develop strategies to grow and diversify the volunteer network.
• Oversee volunteer operations, data integrity, and reporting.
• Design communications and learning initiatives to deepen volunteer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional teams, marketing, and academics for partnerships.
