Job summary

Partners Worldwide, based in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Volunteer Engagement and Connectivity Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and connection of volunteer businesspeople across our global network. The role requires strong relationship and project management skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, and the ability to develop strategies with regional teams.

You will collaborate with volunteers, partner organizations, and PW staff to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship management with donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Proven experience building trust-based, long-term external relationships.
• Track record of growing a multi-channel partnerships pipeline.
• Experience designing engaging volunteer experiences that align with PW's mission.
• Strong strategic thinking to set goals with regional teams.
• 5+ years of project management with planning and organization skills.
• Proficiency using CRM and data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Steward and expand volunteer engagement across PW's global network.
• Oversee onboarding and training for volunteers, including online orientation.
• Connect volunteers to meaningful partnerships that meet community needs.
• Grow and diversify the volunteer network with regional teams and partners.
• Own volunteer operations and data, including Salesforce records and surveys.
• Design communications and programs to deepen volunteer involvement.
