Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in a remote Global Solution Architect - ValueOps role seeks a seasoned leader to drive adoption and growth of enterprise solutions with major customers. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to align capabilities with customer value.

You’ll influence C-level executives, guide implementation teams, and craft strategic blueprints that translate business goals into technical outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to articulate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients, addressing questions and objections.
• Build and maintain relationships, acting as trusted advisor for software needs.
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineers during pre-sales and transitions to implementation.
• Engage prospective clients to gather technical requirements and business objectives.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy aligns with outcomes.
• Publish materials to increase engagement with C-Suite executives.
