• 5+ years in travel operations, training, or workforce enablement.
• Proven experience leading global training initiatives across regions.
• Deep expertise with GDS/travel platforms and enterprise training delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to design, scale, and govern training programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience building and leading train-the-trainer programs and certifications.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive a five-pillar global training model (Unified Team, Curriculum, Intake, Delivery, Tracking).
• Lead the Global Enterprise Training Team (HUB) and implement a train-the-trainer model across locations.
• Define a single mandatory core curriculum for all advisor roles with electives.
• Align training with COO priorities: scale, margin, and service delivery at enterprise scale.
• Create platform-specific training for the Avenir system covering booking, disruption management, and workflows.
• Establish global service standards with localization where needed.
• Develop certifications and recertification cycles tied to platform releases.
