Direct Travel seeks a Team Leader for its Avenir platform to guide a team of Corporate Travel Consultants, delivering high-touch service across multiple markets. You will coach, mentor and supervise, ensuring adherence to client SLAs and policy requirements while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Working with the Avenir Hub Manager, you will oversee workload, performance reviews and escalations, and help drive continuous improvement across the service delivery ecosystem.

Formación

• Experience leading or coaching a team in a corporate travel environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel processes and policy compliance.
• Applied knowledge of one or more GDS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Corporate Travel Consultants team, rostering, meetings and performance reviews.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on workload, client requirements and platform queries.
• Ensure service levels across phone, email and chat are met with high quality.
• Maintain policy compliance and realize efficiencies across domestic and international bookings.
• Collaborate with other hubs and departments to ensure seamless handovers.
