Direct Travel, Inc. seeks a Team Leader for the Avenir service to steer day-to-day direction, coaching, and support for Corporate Travel Consultants.

You will ensure accurate, cost-effective, policy-compliant travel arrangements across markets and time zones, leveraging contracts and preferred suppliers. Working with the Avenir Hub Manager, you will oversee rosters, performance reviews, and hands-on booking support, striving for high client satisfaction and seamless service across multi-cultural

Competenze

• Experience leading, supervising or coaching a team in a corporate travel environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry pricing rules and procedures.
• Applied knowledge of one or more GDS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the team to meet client SLAs across phone, email and chat.
• Coach the team on workload, client requirements and platform queries.
• Plan rosters, shift patterns and run regular team meetings.
• Monitor and improve service quality and efficiency.
• Escalate platform issues and manage client complaints with timely resolution.
