Job summary

Integreon is seeking an IP Trademark Attorney to support trademark clearance, watch assessments, enforcement strategy, EU opposition, and coexistence matters across the United States, Canada, and the European Union. The role involves proactive analysis, drafting, and collaboration with paralegals and legal professionals to safeguard international brand portfolios.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in trademark law, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of trademark distinctiveness, likelihood of confusion, and conflict assessment.
• Experience reviewing trademark search reports and assessing watch notices.
• Familiarity with EU trademark opposition procedures and coexistence agreements.
• Experience drafting routine trademark office action responses and legal correspondence.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to apply templates and established precedents while exercising independent legal judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Trademark clearance: review search reports and assess likelihood of confusion.
• Evaluate conflicts and escalate higher-risk matters for review.
• Watch assessments and enforcement strategy: evaluate notices and propose actions.
• Draft cease‑and‑desist letters and EU opposition arguments.
• Draft coexistence agreements and responses to routine office actions across the US, Canada, and EU.
• Coordinate filings and supporting docs with counsel for timely submission.
