Arclin seeks an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support its Atlanta-based office and manage the company’s U.S. and international trademark portfolio.

You will coordinate with outside trademark counsel, handle filings, renewals, and evidence of use, and assist with due diligence and clearance projects. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented professionals with 3–5 years of experience and strong knowledge of USPTO systems and international trademark procedures, including Madrid Protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal program or equivalent experience with IP familiarity.
• 3–5 years of substantive trademark paralegal experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while coordinating with teams.
• Working knowledge of US trademark prosecution and maintenance procedures; Madrid Protocol familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Support US and international trademark portfolio management, including renewals, filings, and records.
• Coordinate with marketing for evidence of use for applications and renewals.
• Interface with external counsel to file applications and respond to office actions.
• Prepare use and renewal documents in USPTO and monitor docket deadlines.
• Assist with trademark search/clearance and due diligence projects.
