The ideal candidate will have experience handling trademark matters, meeting deadlines, preparing documents with templates, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organization, judgment, and the ability to escalate issues to attorneys are essential, with remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IP, trademark, or intellectual property paralegal.
• Familiarity with U.S. trademark procedures, portfolio management, and enforcement support.
• Experience preparing trademark search reports and reviewing trademark watch notices.
• Knowledge of domain name enforcement and UDRP proceedings is a plus.
• Familiarity with trademark renewals, usage investigations, and specimen requirements.

About the Role

Integreon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IP Trademark Paralegal to support a range of trademark portfolio management, domain name enforcement, trademark clearance, renewals, and licensing activities, for our client.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting trademark matters, managing deadlines, preparing legal documents using established templates, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment in identifying potential conflicts, and the ability to escalation substantive legal issues to attorneys for review.

Key Responsibilities

Domain Name & Online Enforcement

• Review domain name enforcement watch results and support enforcement recommendations.
• Conduct preliminary factual investigations to support potential enforcement actions.
• Prepare template-based cease-and-desist letters.
• Draft and file Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints using approved templates.
• Monitor enforcement matters and maintain accurate docketing, correspondence, and records.

Trademark Search & Clearance Reports

• Prepare trademark search and clearance reports.
• Summarize search findings using standardized reporting formats.
• Docket searches, follow-up activities, and related matters.
• Maintain organized search records and supporting documentation.

Trademark Watch & Pre-Opposition Support

• Pre-screen trademark watch notices and identify potential conflicts for attorney review.
• Flag potentially conflicting marks and elevate matters requiring further assessment.
• Prepare pre-opposition assessments and reports using approved templates.
• Create and maintain conflict records and related documentation.
• Conduct pre-renewal investigations to assess trademark usage.
• Prepare renewal or potential lapse recommendations for attorney review.
• Coordinate renewal instructions and communications with local counsel.
• Track deadlines, outstanding instructions, and responses.
• Support the collection and organization of U.S. trademark specimens of use.

Logo Permissions & Trademark Licensing

• Prepare template-based logo permission letters and trademark license agreements.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Escalate substantive edits, deviations from approved templates, and proposed redlines for attorney review.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IP, trademark, or intellectual property paralegal.
• Familiarity with U.S. trademark procedures, portfolio management, and enforcement support.
• Experience preparing trademark search reports and reviewing trademark watch notices.
• Knowledge of domain name enforcement and UDRP proceedings is a plus.
• Familiarity with trademark renewals, usage investigations, and specimen requirements.
• Experience supporting trademark licensing or logo permission matters.
• Excellent written communication, research, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Strong judgment in recognizing issues that require attorney review.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
