Job summary

Spreetail offers flexible work locations (home, coffee shop, or office) and collaborates across teams to ensure import operations stay compliant and efficient. In this role, you’ll own audits, strengthen processes, and build scalable tools to reduce duty overspend and improve data accuracy across global trade operations.

You’ll work with brokers and internal teams to optimize documentation, cross-functional workflows, and reporting while maintaining strong audit records and proactive risk

Qualifications

• Customs compliance knowledge: CBP Form 7501, origin rules, HTS, and trade remedies.
• Strong analytical ability to spot errors and quantify financial impact.
• Experience with customs brokers and PSC management.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; dashboards and automation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and validate duty payments.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers to improve processes.
