Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Analyst to join its Global Trade Management team. The role is fully remote and focuses on classification, brokerage operations, restricted party screening, and post-entry tasks, serving clients across borders.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling entries corrections, monitoring refunds, and using trade software to analyze data, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests, meeting deadlines.
• Closely monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor changing priorities as required by client, US Customs and regulators.
• Research missing/incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston staff, clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
