Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an proactive Outbound Recruiter to identify and hire top talent across diverse functions, with a focus on lateral hiring and hard-to-fill roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international markets, building proactive talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create targeted sourcing strategies, assess candidates beyond CVs, and drive measurable hiring

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with lateral hiring or headhunting preferred.
• Experience recruiting across Business Operations, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Business Support, AI/Automation or tech functions.
• Ability to source passive candidates and hire across domestic and international markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, databases).
• Assess candidates on skills and experience, not just titles/keywords.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple mandates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across Business Operations, Admin, Accounting, Finance, AI/Automation, and tech.
• Manage multiple mandates across domestic and international markets.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, databases and communities.
• Conduct targeted headhunting to attract experienced professionals.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche roles.
• Understand job requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates for functional expertise and role fit.
• Engage candidates and build strong relationships through early discussions.
