Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing techniques including boolean searches, social media recruiting, CRM utilization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for remote engagement.
• Proficiency with modern ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles from client needs to offer management.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract global candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess skills, culture fit, and career goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, advising on talent strategies and market trends.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Utilize ATS for candidate management and reporting.
• Stay updated on global recruitment best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with a remote, international team of recruiters and hiring managers.
• Drive diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
