Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across study lifecycles, with accountability for study management, site management, and vendor deliverables. The role drives strategy with CSTL and oversees SOMs, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality clinical data across global trials.

The GSM II will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and support inspection readiness while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in study management or clinical operations.
• Experience with CROs, vendors, TMF, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and global program oversight.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global study management activities from start-up to delivery.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and centralized services.
• Coordinate study budgets and resource planning.
• Ensure inspections readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor SOMs and CSTAs as needed.
• Collaborate with CSTL on operational strategy.
