Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the full study lifecycle, coordinating study management, site management, CRO/vendor oversight, and study deliverables on a global scale.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to set recruitment targets, manage budgets, and drive timelines, ensuring quality data and inspection readiness for complex international trials.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in clinical study management and oversight of CROs and vendors.
• Experience with budget planning, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing in global trials.
• Strong understanding of GCPs and regulatory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management from startup to database release.
• Oversee country-level feasibility, site activation, and TMF setup.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance; drive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate study training, investigator meetings, and data flow across teams.
• Ensure inspection readiness and lifecycle management of study-related documents.
