Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle. You will oversee study management, site activities, vendor deliverables, and outsourcing strategies to ensure timely, quality data delivery.

The role requires experience in study management, CRO oversight, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination with CSTLs and investigators. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree with extensive clinical trial operations experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating CROs, vendors and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management from start-up to finish.
• Oversee study management, site activation, and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure study plans meet quality, timelines, and budget targets.
• Provide input into risk planning, budgets, and CSTL decisions.
