Job summary

Parexel in Salt Lake City seeks a Global Study Manager II to lead study management across the lifecycle, coordinating CROs, vendors, and startup activities to ensure timely, high-quality data.

You will drive recruitment planning, budget oversight, risk management, and inspection readiness while mentoring junior staff and liaising with cross-functional teams and the CSTL. The role requires extensive clinical trial experience, English fluency, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in operational clinical trials.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years in studies leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of study management, CROs, vendors, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead global study management and vendor oversight from startup to database release.
• Coordinate CRO oversight, feasibility, and country/site activation processes.
• Develop study plans and budgets; monitor deliverables and timelines.
• Drive inspection readiness and sponsor/vendor communications.
• Mentor SOMs and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
