Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to lead end-to-end study management across global trials. You will oversee CROs, vendors, and site activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality data. You will develop startup, monitoring, and budget plans and support inspection readiness.

The role requires substantial clinical trial experience, leadership in study management, and fluent written and spoken English, with travel as needed to investigator sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field with relevant clinical trial experience.
• MS/MBA preferred with substantial operational trial experience.
• Experience in clinical research and study management is required.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global trial execution from start-up to data release.
• Provide oversight of CROs, vendors, and study operational deliverables.
• Develop study start-up, monitoring, and training plans; approve documents.
• Manage study budgets, cost projections, and vendor invoices.
• Support inspection readiness and regulatory submissions as needed.
