Job summary

You will coordinate CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams, drive trial budgets, timelines, and risk management, and support inspection readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical study operations, strong leadership, and ability to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with several years of study management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and vendor oversight.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global study setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management activities from startup to database release.
• Oversee CROs and vendors; manage study budgets, timelines and risk plans.
• Ensure TMF setup, feasibility input, and inspection readiness.
• Guide country/site activation plans and monitor cost variance and vendor expenses.
• Mentor SOMs and drive operational strategy with CSTL and study team.
