Ladders is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Director to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive will shape global sourcing strategy and strengthen supplier partnerships across a highly regulated environment, focusing on contract manufacturing, negotiations, and supplier performance.

Located remotely, the role carries a compensation range of $178,000–$302,000 annually. The individual will ensure capacity readiness, continuity, and strong execution as new products move from planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of global supply chain experience and 10+ years in a managerial role.
• Advanced degree with 10+ years of global supply chain experience and 10+ years in a managerial role.
• Global experience across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Experience executing global distribution center network initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and executive partnerships with contract manufacturers
• Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements and contractual obligations
• Drive supplier performance through business reviews and accountability measures
• Implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan capacity, launch, and ramp readiness for new products
• Develop manufacturing footprint and partner strategy
• Mitigate supplier risk and ensure business continuity
