Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; ten years of Regulatory Affairs experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies to expedite product approvals.
• Direct complex decision-making among stakeholders and senior leaders in evolving regulatory areas.
• Advise on regulatory strategy development and submission activities for key product portfolios.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Affairs to integrate regulatory requirements into product development.
• Represent regulatory affairs in global business and strategic leadership meetings.
• Mentor and guide regulatory staff and teams across product modalities.
• Establish team goals aligned with business strategies.
