Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience in regulated environments.
• Strategic thinker with ability to operate at a high level while understanding details.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with world-class strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience with commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement Global Category Plans including cost reductions, supplier base optimization, and quality improvements.
• Mentor and develop a team of sourcing professionals across a global landscape.
