Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead a healthcare client portfolio. The role includes building strategic sourcing programs, managing supplier relationships, and guiding a small team to deliver on contractual and procurement standards.

The candidate will coordinate with account leadership, drive risk management, and ensure compliance across contracts and processes in a national scope. A strong background in sourcing and stakeholder management is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Mgt or 3+ years strategic sourcing, MBA preferred.
• Professional certification such as ISM or LEED preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing and supplier relationship programs to manage risk and spend leverage.
• Standardize supplier agreements and ensure compliance with templates.
• Serve as primary liaison with the client procurement team.
• Lead and develop staff to meet account deliverables.
• Communicate national and regional sourcing initiatives with senior managers.
