Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing- Corporate Services. This remote role focuses on building a global benefits sourcing practice, aligning HR and Benefits categories with client stakeholders, and driving measurable savings through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, and scale best practices across multiple client groups while partnering with C-suite and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10-15 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing, specifically in HR and Benefits.
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations.
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels, particularly in services industries.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in change management and building cross-functional consensus.
• Knowledge of supplier ecosystems in marketing categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a benefits sourcing program across client industry groups.
• Build and scale a benefits practice within corporate services, establishing best practices and methodologies.
• Engage with client stakeholders to identify priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Own the end-to-end RFP process, from data gathering to supplier negotiations.
• Lead evaluations of supplier proposals using TCO modeling.
• Implement innovative cost-reduction strategies beyond unit price negotiations.
• Conduct research and analytics to validate savings projections and enhance negotiations.
