Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior manager to lead Global Sourcing Systems and AI initiatives, driving modernization across businesses. You will oversee end‑to‑end sourcing programs, platform enhancements, and digital transformation with a focus on ROI and adoption.

The role emphasizes change management, cross‑functional collaboration with IT, finance and legal, and strong stakeholder influence to accelerate Source‑to‑Pay improvements and AI-enabled productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement and program management.
• Proven leadership in driving large-scale organizational process optimization and cultural transformation.
• Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay processes and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership in GenAI, digital enablement, and automation project execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end own and execute the designated sourcing initiatives.
• Support evolving the global sourcing systems landscape across platforms and ERP integrations.
• Execute projects in the digital and GenAI roadmap from use‑case to deployment and adoption.
• Support establishing data standards for high-quality AI implementation.
• Regularly update performance dashboards to measure ROI of digital investments.
• Partner with IT, finance, legal and vendors to modernize sourcing tools and workflows.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and capability building.
• Benchmark external best practices and emerging technologies to accelerate sourcing maturity.
• Prepare project reviews with KPIs and roadblocks communicated to leadership.
