Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead initiatives across Global Sourcing Systems and AI-enabled modernization. You will drive process harmonization, systems simplification, and adoption of AI-enabled digital solutions, partnering with IT, finance, and legal.

The role requires strong sourcing expertise, program management, and change leadership to improve productivity and ROI across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8 years in sourcing, procurement and program management.
Proven leadership in large-scale process optimization and cultural transformation.
Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay processes and digital platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in GenAI, digital enablement, and automation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end own and execute the designated sourcing initiatives.
Support evolving the global sourcing systems landscape and ERP integrations.
Execute projects in the digital and GenAI roadmap for sourcing from use-case to deployment.
Support establishing data standards for high-quality AI implementation.
Regularly update dashboards to measure ROI of digital and GenAI investments.
Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and external vendors to modernize tools and workflows.
Drive user adoption, change management, and capability building for technology value.
Lead preparation of comprehensive review materials for leadership.
