Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a senior manager to drive initiatives across Global Sourcing Systems and AI programs. The role balances project execution rigor, digital fluency, and sourcing expertise to modernize how sourcing operates through process harmonization, system simplification, and AI-enabled innovation.

The candidate will lead end-to-end initiatives, develop data standards for AI, and report ROI on digital investments while partnering with IT, finance, legal, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in sourcing, procurement, and program management.
• Proven leadership in process optimization and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership and execution of designated sourcing initiatives.
• Support evolving global sourcing systems landscape and platform integration.
• Lead projects in digital and GenAI roadmap for sourcing, from use-case to deployment.
• Help establish data standards and data quality for AI implementations.
• Maintain performance dashboards to measure ROI of digital investments.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with IT, finance, legal, and vendors.
• Drive user adoption, change management and capability building.
• Benchmark external best practices and emerging technologies to raise sourcing maturity.
• Prepare comprehensive reviews with KPIs and remove project roadblocks for leadership.
